Always freezes

Very frustrating. The app always freezes in the middle of a transaction. Very annoying. Please fix asap.

No updates since iPhone 4

All the CIMB apps from Malaysia to Thailand and Singapore have been updated over the past few years. Its now been over a year since iOS 7, and the CIMB app for Indonesia does not work. It is still configured for a 3.5 inch screen and fails to load beyond the login screen. I have even spoken to the managers at the bank who also have not updated the app in fear of losing functionality - go figure! Terrible and slack.

octo mobile sy ke blok dan lagi diluar negri telfon cs saya bela”in malah ga ada solusi disuruh inget PIN. Klo saya inget akun saya ga mungkin ke blok donk. Ga ada solusi disuruh ke bank lah cabangnya aja ga ada disini bener” ga helpful email juga slow respon. Bank Mandiri ga seribet ini dan lebih fleksibel! kapok! ill close my account soon!

Maintenance during peak hour

Unable to use app because this being a third world bank, they do maintenance during work hour, ON A MONDAY AFTERNOON. Just unacceptable. Other banks like BCA is way more reliable.

Not an easy app to use compare to the previous version.

Cannot transfer

Since the update of IOS 16.4 OCTO mobile is having problems. Trying to transfer money, but when reach the screen to enter our password, the keypad is missing numbers.

Aplikasi nya bisa digunakan untuk membayar apapun. 1 aplikasi bisa untuk semua. Log in pun tidak harus susah hanya dengan faceid bisa cepat tanpa login id dan pass berulang2. Dan sudah lengkap bisa membayar e-comm atau pun lain nya. Semoga semakin bagus kedepan nya dan banyak fitur lain nya untuk pembayaran apapun. CIMB HEBAT !

CRASHES!! all. the. time

sejak update ke 3.0 SELALU crash, buka app selama 5 detik aja gak bisa. setiap kali klik button, crash lagi dan lagi. harus ngirim bulanan lewat octo mobile dari luar negeri dan sampai sekarang appnya aja gak bisa dibuka. jangan update2an kalau memang belum diuji appnya sebelum di rilis ke publik.

Useless app

Cannot login because prompt to update. Cannot update just keep getting download..download..download.... but it never downloads. This is useless app. I don’t have any problems with Mandiri. So i will close CIMB account.

This uodate must not have been tested at all. Even login barely works, everything is slower than tree sap. Go back to previous version please!!!!

Aplikasi bagus tapi versi 3.0 tidak bisa log in

Sebagai pengguna Mbanking saya harus akui aplikasi Octo secara user friendly dan tampilan ux/ui sangat bagus sekali dan modern. Saya sering gagal log in dan setelah saya mengupdate versi terbaru 3.0 saya sama sekali tidak bisa log in. Saya sudah refresh data mobile dan even restart Hp saya tapi tetap tidak bisa. Sangat menjengkelkan ketika sudah nunggu semalaman untuk update dan pas sudah mau perlu transaksi malah tidak bisa log in. Sementara saya kasih 3 bintang. Mungkin kalau sudah di fix oleh pengembang saya bisa ganti ke bintang 5.

Trouble after update

Abis update kok malah lemot.. jangan sok2an update lah kalau belum siap dan jangan pake drveloper abal2 buat apps banking yang critical begini!

A bank who can’t do math and charges excessive fees

My account was charged the fall below fee even though I maintained the 2m minimum at exactly 2m1rb. It is repulsive to see a non competitive bank forcing customers to keep their money here by increasing minimum balance requirements without any written correspondence. If you can’t do the math don’t run a bank.

Pake octo mobile ini, saya semakin dibuat tidak nyaman, dan ini sdh saya sampaikan bbrp kali ke cs; tp entahlah ditanggapi spt bgmn.. Saya kesulitan login; pdhl secara sinyal tdk ada mslh.. berkali2 saya coba.. kdng bikin putus asa; akhirnya ga bisa deh pake saya punya account. Kebijakan dulu, bisa login mell web dr phone khususnya, itu sdh nyaman ya.. octo mobile sebaiknya itu pelengkap ato opsi dmn nasabah dibebaskab utk memilih mau menggunakan aplikasi yg mana menggunakan handphone nya.. Sekarang kok knapa jadi seolah2 downgrade ya cimb niaga😌😌 Mohon perhatiannya kembali utk tim terkait, aktifkan kembali octo clicks pengaksesan mell phone y Tks Salam sukses

Saya pakai iphone 6s ios 13 Setelah download, hanya pertama kalo saja bisa di buka Setelah itu freezing (melolok aja) dengan gambar roda loading berputar tanpa henti Useless

CRASH

The apps kept forcing me to update it. So I did. Just now. And the results, from the very 1st second the apps crash and force close. I kept tried to open the apps so many times but no use. I can't do any transaction anymore by the app. Really disappointed with the newest update.

App error as of 2nd May 2019.

If you are updating the app or if there’s a system error; kindly inform the bank customers; rather than putting an error pop up requesting to contact 14041 instead. This is to avoid the unnecessary lame “basi” of customers going through the ordeal of giving private info over the telephone.

Good, could be Better

Thee App running well, so easy to use, helpful! Still need to improve tho, like merge the favorite I have on CIMB CLICKS, or at least an option to add Favorite without going through a transaction first.

Splash screen could be improved

Try to use a PNG image for the splash screen? The splash screen looks blurry. Other than that, the app is not bad

App nya diupdate dong, biar fit sama screen iphone yang semakin membesar. Di iOS 8 app ini sering freez.

App froze setiap kali logout

Sangat mengkhawatirkan applikasi selalu nge-hang setiap kali maj log out... Tolong di update dan diperbaiki oleh developer karena berhubungan dengan akun bank yang bersangkutan dan akan sangat mudah untuk di hack apabila tidak logout secara benar

Simplify my life

Makes your transactions easy as pie..

Ide bagus tapi eksekusinya jelek.

Berguna dan bisa register via app tapi masih banyak kekurangan. Ada dua entry tapi appnya sama (CIMB Mobile & Go Mobile), UInya seperti tahun 90an, banyak steps yang harusnya bisa lebih singkat, tidak sync dgn account CIMB Clicks. Ironisnya pemakaian CIMB Clicks via browser lebih mudah.
